Steve joined Salesforce.com in 2006 and, for 15 years, managed diverse industry sector deployments of SaaS solutions. A pioneer in driving cloud-based solutions into mainstream corporate processes, he has contributed to increased productivity and profit margins. Steve has assisted several companies with their early adoption of emerging technologies. His depth of experience emanates from working with culturally varied and technologically savvy companies, including Walmart, Groupon, Asana, PricewaterhouseCoopers, SAP, and Salesforce.com. Steve collaborated with Asana in the development of the software platform that supports millions of teams worldwide.
Steve currently serves as the Principal Owner of Sidewalk Solutions, which provides consulting and implementation services around the deployment of Salesforce.com’s Revenue Cloud and Sales Cloud applications. BA in Accounting, UC Santa Barbara.

Project Manager, Real Estate and Land Services Department - Managed and coordinated all activities pertaining to building and construction projects at various SDG&E and Southern California Gas Company Utility sites. Currently Gerald is a Senior Project Manager, focused on electrical substation deployments including design, engineering and construction of high voltage electrical sub-stations.

Jim’s skills and capabilities include program management in the area of voice/data communications systems design, selection, implementation integration, facility development, infrastructure design, systems integration, and financial analysis. With an emphasis for the last 25 years on the FCC’s E-rate program and the K-12 education vertical. Past clients include The University of Southern California, Soka University, Oakland USD, Houston Independent School District, TCI, Charter Communications, Memorial Hospital, Sprint, and Huntington Hospital.
As a Principal Consultant, Jim orchestrated and worked with many telecommunication companies responsible for building domestic internet services as we know them today. As a consultant with TCI, Tele-Communications Inc. (now AT&T Broadband & Internet Services), Jim collaborated with leadership teams to engineer the first-ever merger between a regional bell operating company (AT&T) and TCI, a broadband cable provider. This merger was said to “significantly accelerate” efforts to offer digital telephone, data, and video services as the companies combined the long-distance, wireless, and dial-up Internet service of AT&T with the cable, high-speed Internet, and telecommunications services of TCI.
Since 2009, Jim has been the Principal Consultant-Owner of KB & Assoc. KB & Assoc. provides E-Rate marketing and consulting services, as well as access to its E-Rate SaaS ErateProfitWorks, to Service Providers and Manufacturers. His clients were awarded over $300,000,000 in E-Rate applications in 2023.
Coming from a Military family, Jim’s father was a Colonel in the United States Marines. Jim attended the United States Air Force Academy. Subsequent to the AF Academy, Jim served 4 years in the United States Navy.

His success stems from unique skills in collaborating with owners of mission-critical facilities, MEP Designers, equipment manufacturers, and other key delivery professionals in the Data Center industry.

Since graduating from the University of Delaware as an Electrical Engineer, Wayne has focused his career to deliver mission-critical facilities, especially high-resiliency data centers with complex MEP systems.
For more than 15 years Wayne has worked as a design-build technical lead for a leading data center general contractor. Producing forward thinking designs, advanced procurement methods, and speed to market schedules. Which have resulted in projects that are on time and on budget.
Wayne’s expertise brings DC Deployed well-honed skills in program development including the construction management of hyperscale, leased colocation facilities and customer owned data centers. Including experience working with clients and developers to ensure forward thinking and innovative delivery programs. With a client-focused approach, Wayne shows a unique ability to collaborate with all data center stakeholders to develop and execute optimal solutions.
Wayne continues to build on his initial education as an Electrical Engineer. Recently obtaining the professional credential of Advanced Tier Designer (ATD) governed by the Uptime Institute.

With a strong foundation in project coordination, she excels in orchestrating diverse, cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of critical infrastructure projects. Since 2015, Marjorie has dedicated her career to the data center industry, being a member of several construction management teams, including new greenfield data center builds for CyrusOne and data hall build-outs for QTS. She works closely with all program stakeholders to ensure that the best practices, processes, and procedures are maintained throughout the project. Her expertise extends beyond spreadsheets and timelines; she’s a dedicated advocate for team development and support, recognizing that a cohesive, motivated team is the linchpin to achieving success in all our goals. As a founding partner of CDCDG (Certified Data Center Design Group), Michael drove initiatives to bring together the best resources in innovative data center design, engineering, construction, technical project management, and Data Center Life-cycle Operations and Maintenance.
Michael has led programs that provide consulting services to address the growing requirement for next-generation technology infrastructures. With the understanding and experience to lead the efforts for feasibility studies, site leasing, building a Data Center, leadership in the design, re-design, commissioning, or help in keeping the data center maintained with no downtime.
Over the last 20 years, Michael has successfully designed more than 2 million square feet of Data Center space. Clients have ranged from corporations, financial institutions, and colocation data center owners to Federal, State, and Local government entities. Many clients and client sites have been located outside of the United States – in major data center hubs throughout the world. Michael’s broad range of experience and expertise has been carefully expanded over the years to include both design, construction, and commissioning capabilities for both new and existing sites.
